Fantastic little dental surgery. All staff extremely welcoming and pleasant 😊 Appointments are within the month with next to no waiting time when actually there for it. Procedures themselves done smoothly with reassurance and no issues. Recommend this one although their nhs list is full (keep checking, I got lucky!)
Honestly reception women Tara or something is an actual joke. They phoned me to move my appointment for the second time and then starts arguing the point that I'm not due for a check-up... despite telling her the dentist asked to see me sooner and I booked this appointment before I left the office and it's been booked for MONTHS. She stopped just short of calling me a liar and said she needed to speak to the dentist and would call me back.... as if a dentist who sees loads of people a day is going to remember specifically what he told me... Honestly pathetic and such an attitude. EDIT: Got…
as I was taken on back in 2019 the service I received was excellent. and as I am scared of the dentist. and I had to have a tooth removed David put me at ease I then had a plate made and it was a good fit thankyou for the work done.
My dentist (David) is the best dentist I have ever had and his work on my aging teeth has been second to none. If David was an entertainer, he would be a magician - I’ve no idea how he does it!! Thank you for years of exemplary service!
