I had a really great experience with Dr. Eve and her assistant, Juwairiya. Dr. Eve treated my tooth with so much care, patience, and attention, which made me feel very comfortable. She clearly explained everything about my oral and dental hygiene and took the time to answer all my questions. Both Dr. Eve and Juwairiya were very kind, friendly, and always smiling. I was really excited to be at the top of the NHS waiting list in a short space of time. After my examination this lead to a rather upsetting experience. I needed three fillings, they did mention about metal fillings which are available on the NHS but then advised they have mercury in. I am aware of this already but it felt like a sales tactic that plays on fear. Alongside this I was told I needed a hygienist appointment, and that this should be done ASAP.
