I was treated on 22nd. July with foot and toe nail issues (due to an accident) which have taken three seperate referrals from my doctors and me trying to resolve problem myself with a very poor unproffesional foot clinic in the meantime.However, I was accepted for treatment here after this lapse and it was such a relief to get my foot problem looked at by such a helpful and understanding proffesional chiropoadist at this clinic.She went out of her way to help and advise me and I cannot thank her enough. I see Jamie the biomechanics man, he is always so friendly & professional.

Absolutely shocking. My dad was put through as an emergency from his old dental clinic due to him now being disabled and not able to sit in their normal chair. He has been in agony for 6 weeks. If it takes this long for an emergency I cannot imagine what a non emergency would be. We will probably end up taking him to A&E if we don’t hear soon which will obviously add to the hospitals stress. Reception were absolutely unsympathetic too.

Having been going to St James Clinic in 2018. Then Pandemic came. But I can honestly say, the customer service of reception and Jamie Miller who I see who is very polite and organised. Efficient. In Biomechanics. Thankyou. Jane Carter.
