The location is a converted local home with reception downstairs and practice upstairs, just opposite the RAF entrance, in the housing estate clearly marked up with a large NHS sign so very easy to spot and lots of space for on street parking. The staff are incredibly friendly, the dentist I saw was a lovely young lady who kept me informed throughout the consultation and provided excellent advice on all required treatment. It was my first appointment today at Marham Dental Practice and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and my experience. The receptionist was so friendly, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dental nurse and dentist were very personable, explaining everything clearly to me and they listened to my concerns and questions and were very knowledgeable, reassuring and making sure that I understood everything they were telling me. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I entered the practice to the moment I left. I found the whole experience second to none.

Since my husband and I were removed from our previous dentist after covid for ‘not attending’ (no fault of our own), we have not been able to find another practice that would even consider us joining a waiting list, let alone becoming patients. I called Marham Dental Practice, completely expecting another rejection, but they allowed us to join their list and then called to say that we could attend a cancellation appointment. Wow - that’s service right there! The receptionist and dentist were amazing and we’re so pleased that we can finally be seen again after 6 long years of no check ups …

Can't fault these people at all. Minutes after i called they got me in on the day on a cancellation. Really lovely receptionists, warm and welcoming. Thorough examination and advice to contact my GP as a related cause. Friendly, professional and caring. Quite reassuring in this day and age where speed and money are the norm.
