I have been going here since I grew my baby teeth! It had been a great practice up until the past few years it has drastically gone downhill. My appointments have been messed about consistently for the past 4 years! Being pushed back regardless of being booked in 6 months prior. This one appointment has been messed about 6 times! Being moved back a month, then changing the time 3 times, and then being cancelled on the day. I work for myself I don't get paid for time that I take off for these appointments and I doubt very much I will be getting compensation for the loss of my time and mon…
Happy, bubbly, knowledgeable receptionist. Dentist was brilliant also referred me quickly- even as a new patient. To the point, gave me a plan of action and advise on oral hygiene.
Reception contacted me and brought my emergency appointment forward by two hours. The treatment I received was first class and my dental pain has subsided.
Very busy practice, but receptionist very friendly. Dentist and her assistant are an outstanding partnership and very professional. No pain/fear dental work - who’d have thought!!!
