Cant give Alex a high enough review, I am a very nervous patient and he made me feel at ease and really spent a lot of time working with me on my teeth and reassuring me. He is underway on transforming my top teeth, with the two front ones done so far and what a difference he has made. Not only am I now less frightened but I feel I can be confident in my smile. A few more visits to go, and then a lifetime client Alex will have from me as I really think he is the nicest dentist I have met. Thanks Alex :)
Super helpful team fitted me in for an urgent assessment. Alex - the dentist- was really helpful explaining options and costs along the way. Very welcoming and positive experience- highly recommend
I am a new private patient to the clinic, I have however had private treatment elsewhere for the last ten years, Smiles better clinic and all of their staff made me feel very welcome and in fact that I was the most important person in the room, a new experience for me, and a good learning point for my previous dentist.
Following a recommendation from my son, I decided to make the switch to Smiles Better. I needn't have worried because I was immediately made to feel very welcome by the friendly reception team. My initial check up by Alex was very informative and everything was explained and I am now having the necessary treatment. Alex is so gentle and caring along with his dental nurse and although I had a long appointment for two fillings it really was not that bad.
