Smile Dental Care King's Lynn

I had my first visit here today. I went in feeling very nervous but the dentist, Peter and his dental nurse, Michelle both made me feel at ease straight away with their friendly and caring manner. Peter was very kind and gentle throughout and took his time to explain everything to me clearly. Michelle was friendly and funny and made me feel relaxed. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you both.

I’m not a type of person to complain, however this is horrible service. As someone who works in a dental healthcare as well, I understand the importance of patient satisfaction. However the front of house team seems to never respond. Phone lines are always “busy” for every time I call. Morning, lunch and later. What if someone had an urgent emergency? An email was sent 5 days ago and nothing. Not even an acknowledgement that an email has been received. Looking at other reviews, it seems like I am not the only one who experiences this and not the first, second, OR FIFTH time this keeps happe…

We had our 1st appt and I can say the staff were amazing we got more done at this 1st appt than we got inn3 years at another dentist. My child has sensory issues and they dentist and her helper were amazing highly recommended

Wow wow wow I have just taken my two children to have a check up. My Daughter is very nervous but we saw Dr sonam and her lovely dental nurses they were perfect I honestly cannot praise them enough! So patient, attentive and empathetic. My children are now looking forward to their next dental check up. Thanks so much guys!
