I had an amazing visit to the practice today. Sarah is just wonderful and so thorough with her job. Her dental nurse was a delight. I also had the chance to meet Paige to discuss my treatment options for the future. She’s just wonderful and so caring. Really gave me all the time in the world to discuss things further with me. I also met Zoe and Kellie, what a great team they all are. I can not recommend this practice enough. Thank you MyDentist.
I normally make sure I only book my appointments with Evie. She's always such a lovely lady, very kind, makes sure you are comfortable which is quite important for me being a nervous patient. She's straight forward and will explain anything you don't understand. Would definitely recommend her and her amazing skills as a dentist.
I have an Extreme phobia of dental practices and had not had treatment for very many years, too long as now have many issues with much work required. Visited today for an appointment with Hygienist Sarah Israel and assistant nurse Kelly (Not sure she was called Kelly though as in panic mode). Both ladies were extremely empathetic towards me and showed me the upmost care, putting me as at ease as much they could, explaining everything clearly. I cannot thank them both enough for their professionalism and care with a very nervous patient. reception staff were top notch too.
Very good dentist. Reception staff very friendly and make you feel relaxed. Nurse took the time to explain things I didn’t understand (I’m slightly deaf). Dentist good. A bit pricey, 3 extractions that took less than 10 minutes for all 3 £159 each. But I suppose you get what you pay for. All in all a very good experience highly recommended.
