Not the quality you'd expect, if you're not happy with your experience you're bumped, think they should remember it's an NHS practice not private. The reason why you were unable to find me on your records is sandy broon is my Google name, also did ask the receptionist if the issue could be resolved by changing to another dentist in the practice, she asked the other dentist and unfortunately he didn't have any room for another patient. Only good things to say about this practice. I moved to this one on NHS as my dentist left me for months with an infection spreading and wouldn't take the time to x-ray and wouldn't make any appointments for me. Finally snapped and went on temporary dentist until I got moved to Jedburgh. My dentist is polite, friendly professional and skilled. I'm so happy with the time he's taken to treat my tooth. All staff very friendly and helpful no issue with booking a check up for the future.

I registered with this Practice in October 2019 and, straight away, was impressed by the friendly, sociable and extremely professional manner of all the Staff. Joanne, at Reception, was really very friendly and helpful, both when I first registered and on each visit since. She provides an excellent first contact for patients entering the Practice and throughout their time there. She is a truly bright, pleasant and very helpful person. Just joined the Practice this morning and very impressed with the friendly helpful service. Welcomed by my dentist Mr Hamid Al-Hindawi who was very friendly and was keen to make me feel at ease and relax a bit more! I was also very impressed with the modern state of the art equipment.
