Had a guest travelling from Italy who developed toothache impacting on his whole trip. Despite being very busy the dentist saw, treated and provided a prescription for my guest leaving him feeling much better. Thank you so much for great service from reception all the way to treatment. Highly recommend
I came to this dentist office in June during my vacation to Portree after I chipped my front tooth. I was halfway through my trip and didn’t want to spend the rest of it hiding my smile because I was insecure. I came in with no NHS insurance and having never been a patient and they got me in within a few hours. They were so caring and speedy on fixing my tooth. I was out the door in 15 minutes! I keep joking to friends and family that the most expensive keepsake I brought back from Scotland is my new tooth, but the crazy thing is, it would have been more expensive to have it fixed back home…
Whilst on holiday in Skye I cracked a tooth. I phoned to see if I could have an appointment ( expecting it to be a long delay ) and after speaking with a kind receptionist I was fitted in that day. The service I received was exemplary and the ‘bedside’ manner of both dentist and assistant was so reassuring, kind and calming, professional and efficient, before I knew it my tooth was out and nerve pain gone. I strangely enjoyed my visit to this wonderful practise and living in Essex England I have thoughts of driving all the way there if I ever need a dentist urgently again….rather than wait …
I contacted the practice in pain and was given an emergency appointment promptly. During my appointment I felt very nervous but the dentist and dental nurse were so lovely and kind. I’m so grateful and very impressed with the warmth and professionalism shown by all of the staff here.
