I got an emergency dentist appointment with Rejuvadent after calling NHS 111. I really didn't know what to expect. I got lost finding them, so rang up and the ladies on the phone directed me in. Once inside the place was immaculately clean. I noticed that straight away. Then the 2 ladies on the counter greeted me in a very kind and sincere way. I was only in with the dentist for about 6 mins in total, but I wasn't made to feel like I'd wasted their time. I attended Rejuvadent with my daughters today for our first appointment. I opened the door and that smell that all dental practices have quickly filled me with dread, nerves, memories of prior experiences. However, this quickly diminished as the staff are lovely, the practice is spotless, and the appointment was on time. We were seen by Sarabjit Labana, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how thorough her care was. She was so patient, informative, and clearly has a deep understanding of patient-centred care. Amazing, the lady on reception so helpful completing the docs and info. The dentist gave me options although an emergancy appointment. I didnt feel rushed. I wasn't judged for saying yeh I constantly drink fizzy drinks or enjoy sweet treats. Really happy with my appointment just a shame cant get them as a usual dentist.

Sarabjit Labana is genuinely one of the most skilful and patient dentists I have ever seen. She has such a caring nature and immediately made me feel comfortable. I chose to go private for something I was quite insecure about, and she was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel heard and reassured at every step.
