The Hartley Clinic

I arrived for the first time today to be greeted by a very efficient young lady, in a very clean, attractive and contemporary work place. The dentist , Maryam, was excellent and as a nervous patient I felt very reassured by her attentive, friendly and confident manner and I feel fine about returning in a couple of weeks for some treatment. All in all the best dentist experience ive ever had and NHS too.

It was my first time visiting the dentist on 3/12. The hygienist was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She did a great job! My only suggestion would be for the receptionist to be a bit more friendly. She didn’t seem happy to be there. Thanks

I honestly can’t recommend The Hartley Clinic enough. After really bad experiences with my previous two dentists, I was absolutely terrified to go anywhere else. I only went because I ended up with an infection in a broken tooth, but from the first phone call, they were so friendly, helpful, and reassuring. My dentist completely understands my fear and always puts me at ease. I’ve now had a couple of fillings done with no anxiety at all thanks to their caring approach. All staff are lovely, just had an extraction this morning, I was very nervous but they were very caring. No one likes going to the dentist but they make the experience ok.
