The Best!!! Hook Dentalcare is the best dental care I’ve ever been. So organise, clean, so helpful and very understanding. The Dentest was so patients and take time to explain what it needed to do. The reception is also amazing and helpful. I definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Hook Dentalcare.
I cannot speak highly enough of this Dental Surgery! The Receptionists are polite, smartly dressed and welcoming. I feel at ease as soon as I walk in. The reception area is modern and spotless. My Dentist Ester is a real gem! A lovely, caring and very kind but very professional dentist who goes above and beyond in givng you a painfree and relaxing experience.
The only good thing about this practice was the reception staff. I paid a deposit in October 25 for treatment to start in November but issues with computers appointment rearranged to December. Turned up to find they could not access my scan pictures so again appointment rearranged to January 21st. Turned up today to find they had list my concent papers so I decided enough was enough. Spoke to the practice manager who was very helpful and understanding and is issuing my refund today. So thank you to the reception staff for all their help. The family have used Dental Care Hook for years now and after using other local dentist’s “once” when we first moved to the area - we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all so polite and they are great with the children who have no worries about seeing the dentist. They have also been really accommodating when needed despite how busy they get, twice fitting me in for a broken tooth or a filing that’s come out , the same day day.
