I have just seen Dr Charlotte Cocks - absolutely brilliant. Her and Christine were very friendly and knowledgeable. The examination was extremely thorough (I did not know dentists could be so thorough!). I am so pleased I made the move from NHS to this private practise. The best investment you can make into your health. 10/10.
I have been a patient at Hook dental for 20+ years. I could not recommend them highly enough. From the reception team, Dentist and Hygenist. They off the best bespoke service for me. I now live far from the practice but I still choose to make the journey that's how much I trust the level of service.
Fantastic service, right from the reception team to tge hygienist and the dentists we both use. I had an implant fitted which involved the implant being fitted at a partner dental surgery in Farnham and the crown fitted in Hook yet the handover was seamless and everything went extremely well. So an A +++from me.
Receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. New Hygienist and Dentist and both were very professional and caring. No complaints whatsoever.
