Very disappointing experience with my dentist Haverfordwest! Unfortunately I did not make my first appointment as a new customer to the practice due to a bereavement (which I do recognise is my fault). I did ring them later that day to explain why but was told I would have to pay the full £75 again to be seen. Thought was OK, but not brilliant..I was with this Dental practice prior to covid, where I had 2fillings done, a back one was done quite well, but no follow up as was meant to have it capped,& didn't...another was a front tooth filling & he fused my 2front teeth together so I couldn't even floss between them! After covid& things had moved on, I couldn't get an appointment & I was private! Awful dental practice. In the past they have cancelled on me multiple times, sometimes a few hours before my appointment. Unfortunately I was ~10 minutes late to an appointment, the dentist refused to see me and took the £60 fee. The staff are un empathetic and unreasonable, they seem to take joy in your misfortune. Do not go here!!
