Brilliant dentists. Caring and nothing is too much trouble, very good in an emergency. The only bug bear is parking. Which they can’t change, because of where they are. Well done to you all for my care and my grandchildren’s care.
The staff were amazing! I was on holiday in Wales this week and developed toothache. I was helped the very same day and seen by a dentist without delay. I’m so grateful to everyone at the practice, and especially to Geraint, who was wonderful in arranging my appointment so quickly. Thank you all for your kindness and care!
I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. After years of being anxious about dental visits due to painful past experiences, I now actually look forward to my appointments. Even procedures I once dreaded, such as injections, have been completely pain-free during my most recent filling, I never even felt the “sharp scratch” I was expecting. The team here truly cares about their patients, and Huw, in particular, has an exceptionally gentle touch.
I can’t recommend this Caring, Gentle , Accommodating practice enough. Always Smiling, Friendly, Helpful and Professional . We’re very fortunate to have found this dental practice since we moved to the area. Thank you Lauren, Rachel, Geraint et al. 😊
