I’ve had a couple of appointments with Louise at LMA Haddington now and I always leave feeling 10/10! After not having a great first experience elsewhere, Louise really took the time to listen to my concerns, talk me through everything, and make sure I was completely comfortable. She’s so accommodating and puts you totally at ease during treatment. I really appreciate her honest recommendations about what will suit me best — you can tell she genuinely cares about achieving great results for her clients. Highly recommend!

I got a tattoo done from Clare from inside this shop. Her business is called hihopes. Shes done a fantastic job of my tattoo, which I got done in memory of my Grandad, Nanny and the baby I lost so the tattoo meant a lot to me and she definitely got it spot on. I suffer from social anxiety and not once was there that "awkward silence" in the 4 hours it took to do the tattoo, in fact the time just flew by.
