I normally don’t share experiences like this but I’m annoyed about my visit this morning. I attended my gp this morning and was commenced on a new drug. I handed in my prescription at 9am and enquired about another drug I’d reordered online. This one hadn’t come through and it was suggested I go to the practice and check with them. I did so and on my return to the pharmacy I was told my new prescription would not be done today. Before I left the shop another customer was told that she could wait for her prescription that she was handing in. There should be more consistency with filling scri…

Useless. Claim to never have my prescription when I re-order. Rude staff that treat you as an inconvenience. Always left rushing and stressing if I’ll ever get the medicine I need on time.

The team in this pharmacy are absolutely incredible!!! Always willing to help and make things as smooth and easy as possible!!! If the big pharmaceutical groups could bottle this amazingness they would do so well. Gullane team you are amazing!!!

A very nice pharmacy with well informed and polite friendly staff. I use it for all my pharmaceutical requirements. Very helpfull .
