I had such a great experience! Hayley was absolutely lovely and so professional from the moment I got in touch. She managed to get me seen very quickly, which I really appreciated. I’m such a nervous patient, but Dr Ashraf was amazing—gentle, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. I felt completely at ease the whole time.
