I had a procedure done at this clinic. While the procedure itself went ahead as planned, I did not feel I was given clear written post-treatment instructions or detailed information about possible complications, such as healing phase or prolonged sensitivity. Following the extraction, I experienced ongoing sensitivity and was unsure what was considered normal healing. The Practice got rid of my old dentist, Simon Reeves. His replacement was not half as good. He didn't record the health of each tooth/gum and didn't check on the health of jaw, mouth and tongue, all things done by Simon my previous dentist. He then recommended unnecessary treatment (confirmed unnecessary by a second opinion). I couldn't understand half what he said and it seemed as if his assistant had the same problem. He couldn't work the camera and every picture of my teeth came out an indistinct blob.

Since my regular dentist left the practice the experience here is completely different. The reception team are so welcoming but the new dentist is brusque, unwelcoming and not at all gentle. An unpleasant experience and one I wont be giving him the opportunity to repeat.

I have been with this practice since 1994. Every visit is an extremely positive experience, even when infrequent treatment is required. You are instantly made to feel at ease by the whole team.
