What a lovely friendly place first time I have been and the care was wonderful many thanks to Millie very caring nurse and Sue afternoon receptionist. Keep up the good work 😀

Nurses are lovely and caring and look after patients very well however let down by appointment staff who are rude and unprofessional. Daughter missed a appointment as she got the days wrong. I recieved a call very rudely informing myself. No offer of a new appointment until I requested one. Was then asked if we needed it?! When I apologised again for missing the appointment all I heard was a "uhmmm" to then be informed with a attitude that if we could not make that appointment to make sure we ring this time.

Very helpful staff, took a little finding.

Be aware there's no patient parking except for one disabled space. You'll need to park nearby - there's a handy multistorey carpark next to the clinic.
