I booked an emergency appointment and pretty much knew I’d need a root canal, so I was super nervous going in. But it honestly turned out to be the best dental experience I’ve ever had From the moment I walked in, the welcome was so warm and reassuring. Sam and Tania were both so lovely and took the time to explain all my options clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I genuinely can’t believe how well the appointment went. I’m so grateful and will definitely be recommending them to everyone! Diolch!
My 3 children go to this dentist, and I would like to say a huge thank you to Rainy for making my children happy and allowing them to get comfortable with colourings and laughter, There was another receptionist i couldn't catch her name but was amazing to HUGE thank you to Tasmin for making the dentist feel less scary for them, making them comfortable. Highly recommend this dentist on NHS and private as they really do care about health. Clean environment. Happy people. My children didn't want to leave always a great sign and they felt comfortable 😅
The great experience starts at the door with the receptionist! Really friendly and helpful which makes visiting the dentist that much easier. Dr Taz, my dentist, is brilliant! Again, very friendly, approachable and a great communicator. She also provides really good advice (never making me feel rushed out of the door or as if I’m asking ‘silly’ questions) which ultimately helped me build trust and confidence in her as my doctor, and with my treatment. I had such a wonderful experience at this dental practice! From the moment I walked in, the two receptionists made me feel so welcome — they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make everything smooth and stress-free. Their positive energy really sets the tone for the whole visit. The dentist herself was absolutely lovely — kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout.
