Fantastic , Claire was very professional , treating me with dignity and respect . Very easy to talk to . Making a referral . While I was sat in the waiting room , the receptionists was amazing , giving support to patients , requesting appointments on telephone. I feel receptionists get a raw deal , they offered compassion and was heard requesting patients to telephone if they have any further concerns . Lovely . Thank you

Never answer the phone get told I am to call for an appointment but I call at 8am for 20 minutes straight no answer
