If I could give this practice less than one star believe me I would , trust me it's that bad from nursing staff to the receptionists absolutely horrible. at first when i first read the reviews i thought people were overreacting but boy was i wrong i have never been so humiliated in my entire life so i needed to put them back in their place. The people in this practice are absolutely terrible rude, with the way they speak to their patients with absolutely no respect. I hope this practice will close down and for good
Never been spoken to in the manner I have by the receptionist this morning. Calling on behalf of my partner and the manner from your receptionist is appauling. I've never in my life been spoken to by front of house staff. I'm not a patient , I would never want to be a patient and I will tell everyone and anyone about the service you get when you call for simple things. The receptionist is going to drive people out your business. I own a business myself and if anyone spoke to any client in that manner would be dismissed. Im extremely shook up. No option to complain. When I called I was told they had no record of me as a patient even though I had 4 different treatments from them. Was then told by the receptionist that my toothache couldn’t be that bad because I didn’t call as soon as they opened. She then gave me a mouth full of cheek and slammed the phone down on me, never been spoke to like that on the phone by a receptionist ever. Think her name was Catherine
Rude receptionist called Catherine. She does not know how to deal with patients as she is rude, insensitive and arrogant. Her behaviour towards clients is appalling. They should fire her for unprofessional behaviour. Their service will only improve if they fix her attitude.
