Extremely rude doctor there. Be careful of him! He will treat patients like sh*t Never visiting again

I have been at this lovely dentist practice since 2010 and have never had any issues, if an emergency I get seen straight away, I have really bad anxiety and they make me feel comfortable every time.. My dentist Mr G Aws is absolutely fantastic, he does his procedures with care, attention and expertise. All the staff and manager Mrs Kar are wonderful. Great to have such a caring practice. My partner and I were here for many years and had no issues. Turns out this was just negligence on their part. Our usual dentist left, and when we went in for our checkup with the new dentist, both of us left in pain from the roughness of the checkup. We decided to move to a different dentist straight away and after one checkup we were informed of a lot of dental work needing done that must have just been ignored by this practice for quite a long time as one treatment was almost to the point of a root canal. Have been a grateful patient since practice opened many years ago and can't thank them enough, warm friendly welcome in clean calming surroundings. Recently had high quality treatment at short notice due to a sudden dental emergency problem causing pain and severe discomfort. Problem solved by very confident and skillful dentist Mr Kar. Providing this level of service during this difficult time of Covid19 is really much appreciated. Would recommend 100%
