I had a really positive experience at Apex Dental Surgery. Dr Shervin and hygienist Rosie were extremely kind, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists are also lovely — always welcoming, calm, and helpful from the moment I arrived, which set the tone for the whole visit. The practice is clean, professional, and very well run. I felt genuinely looked after and specifically asked if I could continue my treatment with this team because of how at ease they made me feel. Highly recommend.

Dr Hiba and Dr Sonal very lovely dentist. Dr Hiba is my usual dentist and she is great, gentle and reassuring. Provides great service. Dr Sonal stepped in when i needed an emergency check and she was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Been attending this dentry for 25 years , both of children use to attend as well. So it saddens me to write this negative review. I am profondly deaf and never had a problem commicating with the previous staff, usually with pen and paper. The new receptionist was impertinent, would not read what i wrote down, told me to bring an interpreter, although it does not work that way and i did not need to because i can write in english.
