My Dentist

There’s not an option for zero stars ! The surgery is now a joke and needs to get sorted, the dentist (Mr Fallah) was running behind by about 20 minutes, when my appointment finally came, he rushed through the check up and said I don’t have time today for a scale/polish even though I booked an appointment for a check up/scale/polish, so a 20 min appointment was done in 2 mins just so that he could make for loss time at my expense. I want to sincerely thank Angela for her outstanding help and kindness. She was friendly, respectful, and supportive during my dental problem emergency. I was in a difficult situation, and she went above and beyond by helping me find an emergency dental hospital, which I truly appreciated. Angela and Amir's professionalism and compassion made a big difference for me. I’m truly grateful for their assistance. I had let my dental treatment lapse for a short period of time and after making an appointment for a check up, I was slightly nervous returning to the dentist. Dr Tanu Agrawal could not of been more accommodating and helpful in her treatment, and explained everything so clearly. I have had a couple of visits now after my initial checkup showed some work needed done and I am really impressed so far. I woukd highly recommend Dr Agrawal in particular to anybody who may be nervous about dentists and her passion for helping people improve their dental hygiene is clear to see.

I have traditionally avoided going to the dentist because of past experiences which weren’t positive. However, what an excellent experience. Great staff, Dr Agrawal and team were excellent, made me feel comfortable and easily underwent treatment which I previously would have found unable to. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
