They are amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. My regular dentist Suja and nurse Aleksandra are such lovely people who make you feel very well looked after. Highly recommended.
The dentist made a cap for a molar tooth. It is too high! She said give it time, after a few weeks suffering she shorten it abit and said it might break if I do more! I went to another, 3 times going begging different dentists to adjust it, still high.It cost £400 and another 2 teeth of mine being damaged by it. Months of not sleeping well. Impossible to adjust it. The black metal under it comes out, forget about aesthetic, still too high! She made no curve in the middle of it either, uneven and big, fills like a big sand on the surface making life a misery, A complete torture. It seems I h…
Has been a while since I went there but i can assure i had the worst experience with a dentist i had in 30 years of my life. Dr Paddy did not listen to me asking for antibiotics as I ad an abscess and local anesthetic would not work on me. Tried to remove the tooth anyway and when i started hyperventilating i was left alone in the room with my panic attack (due to the pain). Then i was sent home with half of the tooth still there and no medication. The morning after i had to be admitted to the hospital to drain the abscess in surgery and for complications I had to stay three weeks there. Th…
Absolutely appalling behaviour from the female dentist Ruby! She’ discriminated against me for my background! Refused to do any treatment to my teeth for 6-12 weeks to wait for approval from the dental institute after giving me an incorrect filling in which I complained about and she stated this is what happens! When I spoke to dental institute they told me this information was absurd and my treatment should have went ahead. I then went back to ruby and explained this she then stated to me that I was wrong and she was not going to give me treatment. I took this as discrimination.. growing…
