had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. Not only was the treatment itself far below the standard I expected, but the staff were also extremely disrespectful and unprofessional throughout my visit. Instead of making me feel comfortable, I felt rushed, ignored, and spoken to with little courtesy. A dental office should be a place where patients feel cared for and respected, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone looking for quality care or a respectful environment.

Appointment cancelled after two months of waiting. This is not the first cancellation on the practice's end. Appointment was then scheduled another month and a half from now. While I really love the dentist herself, reception is usually very kind, and the location is very convenient, this is wildly frustrating. I did voice my concerns via a phone call already, but was told nothing can be done.

I’ve been a patient at mydentist for over eight years, and I have a very positive opinion of their service. The receptionists are always keen to help with arranging appointments, whether in person or over the phone, and they do so with courtesy. The dentists are always professional, dedicated, and ensure that their work is done to perfection—meeting my satisfaction every time. I appreciate the high standard of care they provide and wish the staff continued success in maintaining their excellent service.

If you want a denture that doesn’t fit then this is the place to go! I’ve been left with a gap in my old denture because the denture they made was a joke
