They saw me a few weeks earlier too as A&e fobbed me off when I was systemically unwell saying “you have a dental abscess we can’t do anything see your dentist” thankfully it was only periodontitis in the end. Lucky Purvi and her team saw me on the same day and took care of me. Thank you so much I really appreciate the care🙏.

The member of staff I spoke with on the reception was lovely, and the dentist Patel is brilliant. I spoke to one of the team recently and they where terrible, rude and ignorant. Absolutely unprofessional and childish! I have reported this. As you asked for further clarification. The dentist is ok sometimes very good with kids and polite and the receptionist is a lovely woman. They could be rude sometimes and some of the replies on the reviews makes them look worse. They are mostly in a rush to get work done but apart from that their fine.

After entering the dentist, it seemed very clean and very professional. The dental nurses all seemed very friendly, the dentist herself seemed in a rush and was prepared to do whatever to get me out quickly! I needed to get a tooth out, after suffering severe pain and a crack, she was happy to remove this. She didn't allow the anaesthetic enough time to take effect, and started yanking, I felt excursating pain and begged her to stop, she did not and kept saying "relax I'm a dentist". She yanked the tooth out and pulled it out so hard that she broke my nose. I've been bleeding profusely for …
