Attended with my wife this morning 1st December for tooth extraction. When she came out from her extraction she was sobbing and very upset indeed, what’s wrong I said do you need to tell me something? Get me out of here she said get me home. The dentist had trouble getting the tooth out the assistant was saying to him she didn’t know what tools he was asking for and when the tooth broke in the gum he panicked. She was in pain but he continued to work then slicing into her Gum. The whole experience the worst experienced by anyone we know for over forty years. What was his experience,why did…
Good NHS dentist. Great with my 7 year old and 1 year old twins. Polite receptionists and the hygienist I see is lovely too. No parking onsite but there is a few car parks dotted around close by. Has customer toilets.
I wanted to leave a review as this dentist have been amazing with me I am under jade I have been petrified off dentists all my life I have never had work done without being knocked out at hospital not has jade only managed to remove all my teeth she has managed to get me over the fear off being there as well as being really patient with me understanding, reassuring I haven’t been a easy patient the work I’ve needed so far has been quite difficult but she’s managed to complete what needs to be done.. one happy patient thank you so much
I have been a patient with Diss Dental Health Centre for over two decades. During this time I have never been disappointed with the treatments I have received. Indeed, I have witnessed how the practice has grown and evolved delivering exemplary expertise & professionalism that is reflected throughout the practice from the reception staff through to dental specialists. I cannot recommend Diss Dental Health Centre highly enough.
