I cancelled my appointment five days in advance by leaving a voicemail, stating that I would call to reschedule. Despite this, I received several missed calls around the time of the original appointment, followed by an email with a £296 charge for a missed appointment. I responded, explaining that I had cancelled via voicemail. I was informed that there was no record of this, but the charge would be removed “on this occasion.” While I appreciate that the fee was ultimately waived, I’m disappointed that the responsibility was placed on me when I had taken steps to cancel appropriately. Been with this surgery for several years now. From the minute I go in , I feel as if I’m visiting friends, from super friendly June on reception, Bernie the owner ,his daughter Rose (my dentist) to the assistants ( my favourite one Charlene ,unfortunately is no longer there) but , they are all brilliant. Hi June I've tried hard to write a Google review and have failed miserably so if you can add this please do..... I rang the surgery at 8.30 am this morning very concerned about my husband s swollen cheek. He has many medical issues including blood cancer so I was wanting a quick resolution to the problem. Martin was offered an appointment this afternoon and it provided such relief for both of us.
