We arrived ahead of our appointment time to then have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen by the dentist, the dentist once we saw him was very apologetic and was considerate to our needs. However, the reception staff were not apologetic in any way and the dental nurse didn’t even have the decency to turn and say hello when we entered the room…in fact she stood with her back to us throughout the entire appointment. Given that we paid £107 each for a check up we would expect a better service from the support staff and a gesture of good will by taking a fiver off of each appointment! We left feelin…

I've been with LSDental for the last c.20 years and have always had fantastic service with a super professional feel. The team behind the desk have still been able to keep upbeat and incredibly helpful even throughout covid; helping with everything from rearranging appointments to advising on the new processes required to remain 'safe.' Although I travel all over the country with work, I have no intention of moving from this great team!

Thanks so much to Nick and the team today. I needed an urgent appointment and was treated so kindly by the young lady who answered the phone. I was able to see Nick quickly and received excellent treatment. Best of all they were so reassuring and incredibly professional. Can’t recommend them enough. Brilliant!
