Came to the dental service with my son (at the time was around 9 months old) and thought the overall experience was brilliant. The secretary was friendly and waiting area great for little ones with lots to look at and play with! This was my sons first time at the dentists and he was very happy throughout - the dentist and assistant were both informative and friendly giving my son a sticker and bag full of goodies including a book that we’ve now read through several times about going to the dentist. Overall a great experience and will be recommending to friends.
I recently took my 17 month old son to the Urchfont Dental Practice during the lockdown, for his first ever dental check up. I was really impressed, the staff were all so friendly and professional, and were absolutely fantastic at putting the little one at ease. I felt reassured by the processes (and PPE) in place during the pandemic, and my son came away having had his teeth examined no problems, and we got good advice from the dentist. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely recommend them!
Couldn’t recommend enough. Such a friendly and professional, family run denist. Staff are the best-my 2 young boys and I feel comfortable and confident visiting. We actually enjoy visiting the dentist-that’s priceless!
A fabulous practice where nothing is too much trouble! Extremely thorough and proffessional with every treatment i have had here. Having used three different practices in the past eight years, Urchfont is by far the best in terms of price and customer care. I find the staff to be very attentive and knowledgeable and you are always greeted with a smile and a kind word. I Would highly recommend. 🙂
