The whole practice and all the staff at Ferndale are great, but this is a review particlularly for the hygienist Philip. Not only is the new water pump cleaning system (sorry if that's not the right term!) infinitely more comfortable than any other I've ever had, but Philip himself is a really great hygienist and general nice guy. I was relaxed the whole time and extremely pleased with the results. Come here if you don't want to dread your hygiene appointments in future!
Could not ask for more! Reception staff extremely friendly, accommodating & welcoming. My dentist, Olivia is extremely patient and understanding. Hygienist, Phil, was friendly, professional and honest and made me feel at ease. Dental assistants are cheery and helpful! This practice 100% puts their clients first. Evident that client care is at the top of their agenda!
It has taken a long time (since 15 May 25) - but I have no complaints. Aneta has been excellent - caring, meticulous, not being satisfied until everything was right. She has explained what she was doing and why and has been very patient. I had been experiencing some pain; Aneta saw me this morning (14th) and alleviated much of that. The whole team, including those in reception, has also been extremely professional and friendly. I never met the technical people but it was a technician who reported being dissatisfied - about midway through the process. We had to start over again - hence the …
I broke a tooth . I had an emergency appointment and accept that you pay a premium for emergency appointments . I expected the tooth to be pulled rather than saved .However only part of the tooth was pulled during that appointment . I was told to make a second appointment to get the rest of the tooth removed due to the dentist running out of time . It would have taken no more than five muinits to complete the extraction . I returned the folliwing day to have the tooth removed .Total cost about 450 pounds for a simple extraction with no stitches . I feel that the Dentists decision not to co…
