I have been coming to this practice for a number of years. I have never been disappointed with my treatment. I am a Denplan patient and find that Charlotte is an excellent dentist who really puts patients at their ease.

I am a patient at Smile at West Park and have been going there since it first opened in 2007. The owner Charlotte is an excellent dentist who always puts you at ease and ensures you are feeling comfortable while she is treating your teeth. Charlotte and her support team are very friendly and welcoming. I know some people are nervous about attending a dentist but Charlotte will make your dental experience very good. I’ve used Smile at Westpark for several years now as a Denplan patient. Charlotte is a brilliant dentist and really puts me at ease (I’m a nervous patient). The staff are all lovely and I’m always made to feel very welcome. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

Called today 23.3.22 as a unregistered patient as I've a broken tooth which has lead to a abscess. Keeping it short, unwilling to help & are only taking new private patients from July (excellent service) States on there site they deal with none registered patients etc out of hours 9am - 6pm however, the lady I spoke with, stated they can't deal with none registered patients. They can only deal with patients with an appointment & yet again are only taking new private patients f3om July (funny enough I'm not a NHS case it would've been fully covered etc as I'm in full te work)
