This practice does everything possible to offer a supportive friendly environment in which to administer excellent standards of care. From the reception when calling in or phoning, through the hygienist and dental nurses, to ultimately the dentist themselves, everything is of the highest order. I am a regular customer, and have been offered 3 monthly, now 6 monthly appointments, hygiene support and emergency appointments - 2 in the last 9 months, the latest being today. The work the dentist did on my teeth and fitting my dentures in time for my daughters wedding was above and beyond,the exsperience very satisfying and very professional, I was also made to feel very comfortable the moment I entered the building.
Amazing person-centred care and experience! From the welcoming Diane on reception to the lovely Dr Arun and Amy the dental nurse, I was very well looked after with a thorough examination, including x-rays and tailored advice on how to maintain and better my oral hygiene! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Arun has a quiet, reassuring manner and explains everything he is doing as he goes along. A worthy alternative after Hannah left the practice. Well done Keith Taylor
