It’s takes very little to be pleasant and polite, I rang to see if I was still registered and the receptionist was blunt and very unfriendly. There’s just no reason or need to be unpleasant. I was very polite and apologetic about not attending my appointment. I would recommend trying a different practise if you want a friendly experience

I went to the clinic for an emergency appointment. I was seen very quickly and received exemplary treatment and advice. Peter, the dentist, was nice and very reassuring.

Always found the service to be first class from both the administrative staff and the clinical staff.
