Firstly, I just want to send a huge thank you to Dr Amir! I had such a fear of the dentist but, Dr Amir made me feel super comfortable, didn’t shame me, explained absolutely everything to a T. Referred me for a surgical extraction which happened 2 days after the referral - quickest referral ever! I am so grateful for his professionalism and pride in his work! From being scared to excited for my wound to heal so I can come back and get to work on these pearly whites! Highly recommend this dentist! I’m so glad I registered at this practice. The staff are welcoming and friendly and Dr Ann is just great. Trustworthy and kind. She’s taken away my daughter’s fear of dentists and is always super patient. Appointments are always on time, no waiting around. I can’t fault them.
First time here after 45 years at a previous dentist which I left due to them wanting to charge me in full for making an appointment six months in advance. Smile4U were helpful when I rang to make an appointment and explained their method of working. Anna the dentist was thorough, supportive and apologised for any discomfort I felt (which was minimal). Poor customer service Unfair treatment Delayed service Timewasting Lack of consent 11/10/24 I signed up to the dentist because the receptionist said I had to be sign up before they could book an appointment for me. My appointment was booked for 4.30pm then changed to 4.20pm when I asked why they said it was so the whole checkup could take place. I tried to change the appointment to an earlier fate or time on the Saturday but they said there weren't any dentists available.
