Wilson and his team are so professional and caring . Everything explained fully with no pressure . Wilson is a master of gentle pain relief and a brilliant dentist ..he listens and understands and genuinely wants the best outcome for you. The most thorough hygienist Ive ever seen too. From reception on up to the treatment room you are treated with the utmost respect and care by experienced and just as importantly , happy staff no matter what time of day . Professionalism from very 1st contact. Reception staff hand over information thoroughly which made me feel so cared for from the start! This was an emergency appointment which involved tooth extraction. Wilson the dentist explained everything clearly with care and confidence. Dental nurse Nicola was genuine and caring, they both made me feel I was in safe hands. The procedure was performed efficiently, prioritising my comfort throughout. They are true saviours!
