I’ve been with Long & Gilmour for years and always had great care. Recently had a mix-up with my registration, but Debbie (the new practice manager) was brilliant — really understanding and quick to sort things out. Dr Emma Welch has always been friendly, professional and easy to talk to. Everything was handled really well, and I’m glad to stay on as a patient. Would definitely recommend!
Been a patient for many many years and, was slightly nervous this morning going in with a broken tooth but, Dr.Emma Welch as usual did a first class extraction,absolutely painless.Once more this practice has surpassed itself from receptionists to Dentists
From the outset, we received fantastic service from reception right through to dental nurse Natalie and the dentist herself who was Anna. Mum needed an emergency appointment which due to her age and illnesses was not at all an easy visit for us all. However, the care and attention she received during her treatment and her aftercare was truly genuine, kind and caring and nothing seemed to be a bother for them. Amazing!!
Horrible waiting times and the dentists there must've won their licence in a pack of crisps.
