Mr Nigel Jones - East Street

Excellent dental practice. Nurses and receptionists are helpful, welcoming, eager to help and very skilled. The practice is run in a relaxed and friendly manner. The dentists are generous and jovial. I have had family treated there and they got exactly what they needed. Provides good quality treatment (NHS included as possible).

I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. The service was poor from start to finish, but what really stood out was the lack of professionalism and knowledge from the main dentist, Mr. Jones. Honestly, I’m not surprised the review score is so incredibly low. Based on my visit, it’s completely justified. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for competent or respectful dental care.

I feel so grateful to be a patient of the East Street practice. I always find them kind and helpful, with very experienced dentists. My husband is very phobic of dentists but copes better at this dentist than any others he’s been to, they explain what is happening, and are gentle and competent. Thank you

Nigel is fantastic, totally puts me at ease! I’ve rang up twice this week for an emergency appointment and they’ve seen me the same day on both occasions. So helpful. Fabulous reception staff too; a really friendly practice.
