I was referred to DMC to have a dermatologist look into a few moles one in particular which i caught on a wall and is bleeding regularly and is flapping off, despite the mole having a significant impact on my quality of life, as it affects my sleep and keeps catching on clothing, the doctor said, i won’t be doing anything about it as moles flap around, its life…He was ignorant and plane rude. it just shows how the company doesn’t care about their patients. Disappointing experience with Dr. Mukherjee and her assistant Tamara at 275 Alexandra Avenue, Harrow. After waiting over two months for an appointment, I was delayed by 10 minutes due to traffic. Upon arrival, I was met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude from Tamara, who informed me that I could not be seen at all. I offered to wait, but the response lacked any empathy or professionalism. A consultant who gave less than two.minutes of his time and said I needed a skin biopsy. This is outsourced and after waiting 12 days for the appointment iwas told 8-12 weeks for a result. After I complained it was 3 weeks and I was told inconclusive. 2nd appointment with a different consultant. Given an antibiotic which I had an allergy to. Phoned DMC ..eaited all day told stop medication. No further advice. Next appointment 6 weeks! Disgusting!
Too busy to care about you. This practice is understaffed and the front desk staff there couldn’t care less about about the quality of care. I went to register my baby a few weeks ago, before going in to fill out the form, I called to make sure would be okay, the staff said that would be okay, but upon arrival the person at the front desk was annoyed that I some how got through the front door. Eventually I was helped and my baby was registered. This set the tone for my next experience. Now 7 weeks later, we have twice tired to book an appointment for my baby. The first time we called too…
