The guy on reception is efficient and friendly. Feel at ease walking through the door. Waiting room calm. Nurse was friendly and helpful. Dentist was astonishing, professional, courteous and listened to my concerns and made sure to check things and put my mind at rest. Cannot fault them

My filling fell out one day, and the next morning they immediately arranged an appointment for me on the same day in the afternoon. My filling was done smoothly and professionally. Thank you very much for the kind, friendly welcome and excellent service. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this clinic.

I found the dental experience as pleasurable as one could state, particularly as such appointments are not, exactly, a social event. Well, all staff and the dentist had an exemplary level of communication, and addressed my concerns in a concise manner, answering all of my questions with due regard.

Also the 2 dentist at the practice have been absolutely amazing, and brought my confidence back as I have had bad experience with dentists in the past The two dentists and diplomat house have taken away my fear of being at the dentist to a lower level than what it used to be and they are understanding and my circumstances considering I have been late for a number of appointments and have gone out the way to see me even so I have been late also the practise manager was very kind and helped me get referred to get my teeth out as I had a bad experience with born mouth so I would just like to s…
