Nechells Dental Practice

I have been a patient here since 2018, but recently was refused re-registration without a clear explanation. Reception was unhelpful and did not provide guidance. I’m disappointed as I expected better communication.

girl at counter is rude and belittles everyone that walks in, no adult authority there whatsoever just unprofessional and rude staff who laugh about patients. Honestly hire better staff. And stop reading patient records in public (girl in light red/pink scrubs)

The best dental surgery I have ever been with. I have been a patient for about 20 years and my wife is also registered. They are so friendly and efficient. I am usually seen very quickly.I never miss my appointments as I don't want to waste the dentist's time in this busy practice. The dentist explains all about my treatment and involves me in the best options. It's so wonderful having a great dentist in Nechells, with continuity of care. Thanks to all the staff and keep up the good work.

Unprofessional practise with no standards in patient care and very rude receptionist staff on the phones. Deregister and find yourselves a better practise that may come in handy in time of need.
