Lansdown Dental Practice

Was a good dental but now you have David checkout the worse dental ever . Need a lot of training in manner. I am a 60 year old lady and found him very rude just been back and seen Mark and he pulled my tooth out no pain at all thank you Mark you are the best one ever.

After many years of fear of dentists and trying some of the most horrific I finally found the lovely Mark Johnson .What an absolute gem he is .Professional and informative and such a calm manner .The nurse I seen today called Victoria was exceptional 👏 Esra and all other reception staff I've come across have been so helpful I couldn't ask for a better experience.ive now near enough completed my treatment and I can't be any happier. Mark Johnson and his dental nurses especially Chanteye are the most attentive professionals I've ever come across.

I was put in contact with this dental practice after calling 111, they aren't an emergency service but I was able to get me an appointment with a fortnight, after I'd called several dentists in my local area I was happy with this and the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and professional. With this being the fourth 1 star review in a row, I'm not surprised this place still exists. I had an appointment for 12:20 and arrived at 12:27. The dentist had told me to rebook as I was 7 minutes late but phoned them in advance to say this. I have always waited a minimum of 20 minutes at every appointment ive had at this place. Upon arrival, I had asked if I was available to be seen but was told that, the dentist was with the same patient prior to my appointment which means she wouldn't of seen me straight away regardless of me being minutes late.
