Excellent experience. Having attended this practice for years, I joined the denplan which is very affordable and excellent value for money. Mr Riddell did a general check up and an incredible job on my scale and polish. He very clearly addressed my queries, gave great explanations and some excellent recommendations. Could not recommend more - thank you so much!

Have had excellent care and treatment for many years from Mr Riddell. Had to have an emergency extraction today. This was carried out with the utmost competence and care, and absolutely no pain at all. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, answering all my questions satisfactorily. An extraction is not something to look forward to, but should I ever need another one, I know I am in safe hands.

Myself, my parents and my children have been coming to this practice for years even before Mr Riddle took over. The customer service has declined severely over the past few years. The attitude of the practice manager (his wife) is disgusting, l have witnessed her talking to people like dirt on many occasions even her own staff!! My 78 year old mother couldn’t attend an appointment over Covid due to shielding and when she tried to rebook an appointment when restrictions had eased she was informed she had been removed from their books and would need to rejoin the waiting list. The most moody and unsympathetic practice manager with terrible customer service. Poor dentistry, definitely far better places to go for far superior treatment.
