Keep Smiling Dental Practice

My experience at this dental clinic was very disappointing. There is a lack of organisation and constant delays in appointments. The doctor clearly prioritises friends over other patients and allows them to enter before people who are waiting for their scheduled appointments. This shows a lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this clinic.

I can see this place has mixed reviews; some good and some bad. I have been registered with this dental practice for several years. I can say I have had no issues in obtaining an appointment and been seen to. Dr Patel is a great dental expert, and irrespective of your teeth conditions; he positively gives your advice and instructions. The practice has a small waiting area, which is all very clean and spaced out. Parking is a small issue as they are on the main road; but there is parking spaces on the side roads. Overall, these guys are good.

STAFF ARE GOOD.AND KIND. BUT THE DENTURES THEY MAKE ARE REALLY TERRIBLE 3 TIMES THEY MADE THEM FOR ME AND 3 TIMES THEY WERE NO GOOD.AM TRYING 4TH TIME KNOW. THEY DONT CLIP ON.THEY FALL OUT CANT EAT CANT CHEW. REALLY BAD NEWS. 1 STAR FOR STAFF. Keep crying instead of keep smiling terrible dentist.no experience at all.work no good at all.need new doctor. I don’t like this dentist, the doctor don’t know what he’s doing, every time I go first thing he gonna say I need to clean my teeth even though other dentist said my teeth is very good and clean, I made an appointment because I was suffering from pain, he checked and X-ray and said I have gum problem, I asked him what’s the procedure? He goes he can’t do anything, I need to go private 🤔 when I said “ok I will go another dentist “ he goes “no no you don’t don’t need go anywhere else, I’m giving you a good toothpaste” are you serious?
