If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been suffering with sinus issues for three weeks, along with severe tooth pain on the same side. The pain is unbearable. I was given an appointment and waited nearly two weeks, only to be contacted a few days before and told it had been cancelled. I was then informed that the practice is not accepting new patients, despite being told by reception that I have been on their system since September 2025. Cant thank my new dentist enough, Runaq Shah, always had a morbid fear of dentistry from very bad experiences in my youth (as like most 1950s people) This gentleman is so patient and caring, listens and hears my concerns and together we work through any dental issues I have. His calm manner is much appreciated and he does not belittle me because of my fears. Thoroughly recommend him as a practitioner.

We have been with this practice since 2023 and all I can say is it is excellent. I have had 4 teeth extracted and have had fillings done too. DR YE NAING and all his hygienists have always been extremely professional and me and kids (who have had treatments) always come out without any pain which is rare. I will definitely recommend Dr Naing for any treatments if you are wanting to join. His treatment of children is very kind which is needed.

I’ve been going to this dental practice since 5 years of age. I had a front tooth extracted a week ago and plate fitted. I’m quite a nervous patient but Dr Ye and his nurse were amazing. It was done in 15 minutes many thanks. Anita 😊
