My experience with my dentist, was excellent. The staff was lovely and great with their clients. The 2 managers aswell are lovely lady’s and very helpful. My dentist was careful and precise. She definitely knew what she was doing. They are always on time for my appointments and very punctual. I definitely recommend this dental practice

I had a recent visit for myself, and another booked for my children. My experience was not positive. It was a routine check up as an NHS patient. I've always felt they look at NHS patients as bottom of the barrel to be honest and this reinforced it. I was told I needed to see the hygienist, which I could book or they could do it now. I said let's just do it now. I expected it would be a longer than usual appointment but they seemed to just do a clean on a small section and then not actually look at anything else. I'm a very nervous patient. I have been going to Damira for 2 years, and over time, all the staff have eased my nerves so much that I now go alone. I cannot put into words how wonderful this dentist is with patient care. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with care and kindness.

Always welcoming, polite and caring. Nothing too much trouble. Dentist talks through what he is going to do, talking care and stopping when requested. I fill full of confidence with him.
